Inner tubes are classed as consumable items, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or the tube has been installed.

Your UK consumer rights remain protected:

• If the tube arrives faulty or not as described, we will replace or refund it when reported within 30 days with supporting evidence.

• If we send the wrong item, we will correct this at no cost to you.
